Hi! We are Mike and Pia, making Pia & Mike Properties, we are a couple who's aim is to provide high quality student accommodation with an excellent repair service. We own six properties, all in the very popular Newland Avenue area and we manage all of them ourselves; and because we only have six properties to look after, everyone gets a top quality service, we do not use agencies because we feel they are not good value for money, they do not communicate with the tenants or the landlord but do take a very large commission for what is basically a very poor service. We contact our tenants at least once a month to make sure that everything is running smoothly. We like to keep a good relationship with all of our tenants and value them highly.
All of our student houses are very high quality/luxury and have been completely decorated and refurbished with NEW carpets, kitchens furniture bathrooms appliances etc. All our properties have fire alarms, burglar alarms and fire doors throughout electrical safety certificates and corgi gas certificates and fully comply with all new housing regulations
Typically we do any repairs same day/next day
and any outside trades- gas, electric, appliances, etc are typically done within a few days
we believe we have the best repair service out of all of the student accommodation businesses.
